The Dieter Oster winery is located in the holiday resort of Ürzig. For four generations the family has dedicated itself to winegrowing. The Riesling pigeons grow on the steep slopes of the Moselle. Many of them are still old, rootless vines.

Many of them are still old, rootless vines. The cultivation of the vines is done in a natural way. The ageing of the wines in the cellar is carried out in oak barrels according to old tradition. But also a few stainless steel tanks have been added. In recent years, the wines have been awarded silver and bronze medals by the Landwirtschaftskammer Rheinland Pfalz. In addition, the winery received the honorary prize from the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich.
