Come and spend a holiday at Simon champagne and wine estate in Lösnich on the Moselle River! The estate was first mentioned in the church registries in 1724. Today, Ingo Simon and Kiki Pfitzer manage it with great passion and lifeblood. Their innovative ideas contribute to a long history of winemaking.
On the steep slope vineyards „Ürziger Würzgarten“, „Erdener Treppchen“, „Lösnicher Försterlay“ and „Kinheimer Rosenberg“, many old vines are cultivated. The wines are matured according to their parcels - and predominantly spontaneously.
The best Burgundy wines are matured in barrique barrels. There is a sparkling wine manufacture on the property, where world famous sparkling wines are produced in accordance with traditional practices of bottle maturing and high-quality dosage.
