Hirtenfeld Hall Kleinich

In addition to the small school gym, the “Hirtenfeldhalle” was built in 1991. It is primarily used by the HSG Irmenach-Kleinich-Horbruch for handball trainings and competitions. It is a pilot project in several ways.

Most importantly, it is a community project of the municipalities of Kleinich and Irmenach. Apart from that, it is a very characteristic ecological construction: Its facade and the interior are made of wood from local Douglas firs.
