Nestled in the scenic surroundings of the Saarburger Land, a few kilometres from Trier and the border to Luxembourg, lies the small village of Biebelhausen. Biebelhausen has been the location of our traditional company since the 17th century. We are characterised by a long baking tradition, a high level of professional competence and a distinct relationship to natural products.

In 1928, a bakery was added to the traditional mill operation and later also a confectionery. Today, the large bakery and confectionery employ about 450 people. We combine classic baking tradition and the know-how of the bakery trade with the most modern production technology. All raw materials and end products are constantly checked by internal quality assurance staff, because the highest quality is the recipe for the success of the Biebelhausener Mühle.

Our products are sold in the grocery trade as well as in 60 of our own branches, mainly in the neighbouring Saarland, the Trier area, the Eifel, the Hunsrück and Luxembourg.
