Dear holiday guests! For some years now, holidaymakers and residents in the beautiful village of Andel have been complaining that there are no restaurants or inns in the village. We have often discussed this with our regular customers. At the end of last year, our son Thierry decided to stay here. He had learned the profession of a cook in a business in Bernkastel-Kues. In recent years, he has been on the road a lot as a self-employed chef. The experience from many kitchens combined with the desire to establish himself here led him to the decision to open his own restaurant. We were prepared to "sacrifice" a holiday flat to create more space. After the renovation work, a small but nice guest room was created. In addition, there is a separate bar room for the breakfast buffet and, of course, the catering kitchen. Everything is located in the basement and is therefore accessible at ground level.
