Minimum number of participants: 4 people

Maximum number of participants: 14 people

Events take place in principle regardless of the weather. In the event of possible thunderstorms, severe weather, or force majeure, the course leader will decide on a case-by-case basis whether the event must be canceled at short notice. Weather warnings from the German Weather Service are decisive in this matter. In such cases, there will be no refund of the event fee; the event will then be made up at the next possible date.

Otherwise, the course leader reserves the right to cancel an event,
(1) if she falls ill,
(2) if the required number of participants for an event is not reached,
(3) if there are other reasons.

In these cases, you will receive a refund of your participation fee.
c) Alternatively, you will receive a credit that allows you to participate in an equivalent event of your choice within one year.
d) No further claims, especially claims for damages, exist.

Cancellations of the booked event are possible up to 3 days before the start for a processing fee of 50% of the event fee.

In the case of a later cancellation, 80% of the event fee will be charged as cancellation costs.

If you do not show up at the start of the event, the full fee for the event will be charged.

If you wish to participate in another event from Manon's Hiking World, a rebooking fee of €25 will be charged.

This does not affect your right to recommend another participant under the same conditions and terms.

If you find during the event that you are not up to the requirements and cancel your participation for this or other reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee, even partially.

The return travel costs by passenger ship are not included in the price.
