The events generally take place in any weather. In the event of possible thunderstorms, severe weather, or force majeure, the instructor will decide, depending on the event, whether it needs to be canceled at short notice. Weather warnings from the German Weather Service are decisive in this regard. In such cases, there will be no refund of the event price; the event will then be rescheduled for the next available date.

Otherwise, the instructor reserves the right to cancel an event,
(1) if she becomes ill,
(2) if the required number of participants for an event is not reached,
(3) if there are other reasons.

In these cases, you will receive a refund of your participation fee.
c) Alternatively, you will receive a credit that entitles you to participate in an equivalent event of your choice within one year.
d) No further claims, particularly for damages, will be considered.
