In the case of cancellation up to 14 days before the hike, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 9.00 euros per participant.
If the cancellation occurs thereafter or if the participant does not attend, there is no entitlement to a refund
of the fee.
If a participant in a group has to cancel participation for health reasons, a substitute participant can be named by the main registrant. Cancellation for the entire group due to the absence of one or several persons is not possible.
The relevant date is the day the written cancellation notice (also possible via email) is received by the organizer.
