Spring hike with a small picnic

The events take place in principle in any weather. In the event of possible thunderstorms, severe weather conditions, or force majeure, the course leader will decide depending on the event if it has to be canceled at short notice. Weather warnings from the German Weather Service are crucial in this regard. In such cases, there will be no refund of the event price; the event will then be made up at the next possible date.

Otherwise, the course leader reserves the right to cancel an event,
(1) if she becomes ill,
(2) if the required number of participants for an event is not reached,
(3) if other reasons arise.

In these cases, you will receive a refund of your participation fee.
c) Alternatively, you will receive a credit, which entitles you to participate in an equivalent event of your choice within one year.
d) Further claims, especially claims for damages, do not exist.

Cancellations of the booked event are possible up to 3 days before the start for a processing fee of 50% of the event fee.

In the case of a later cancellation, 80% of the event fee will be charged as cancellation costs.

If you do not show up at the start of the event, the full fee for the event will be charged.

If you wish to participate in another event of Manons Wanderwelt, a rebooking fee of €25 will be charged.

This does not affect your right to recommend another participant under the same conditions and terms.

If you find that you are not up to the requirements during the event and, for this reason or for any other reason, decide to withdraw your participation, there will be no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee, even partially.

The return travel costs by passenger ship are not included in the price.

Maximum number of participants: 14 people
