Cancellations of the booked event are possible up to 3 days before the start for a processing fee of 50% of the event fee.

In the case of a later cancellation, 80% of the event fee will be charged as cancellation costs.

If you do not show up at the beginning of the event, the full fee for the event will be charged.

If you would like to participate in another event from Manon's Hiking World, a rebooking fee of €25 will be charged.

This does not affect your right to recommend another participant under the same terms and conditions.

If you realize during the event that you are unable to meet the requirements and due to this reason or other reasons decide to discontinue your participation, there is no right to a refund of the participation fee, even partially.

The events take place in principle in any weather. In case of reported thunderstorms, severe weather, or force majeure, the course leader decides depending on the event whether it needs to be canceled at short notice. Weather warnings from the German Weather Service are decisive in this regard. In such a case, there will be no refund of the event fee; the event will then be made up at the next possible date.

Otherwise, the course leader reserves the right to cancel an event,
(1) if she becomes ill,
(2) if the required number of participants for the event is not reached,
(3) if other reasons occur.

In these cases, your participation fee will be refunded.
c) Alternatively, you will receive a credit note that allows you to participate in an equivalent event of your choice within one year.
d) Further claims, particularly claims for damages, do not exist.
