Culinary hike Bernkastel-Kues 02.11.2025

The Culinary Hike starts with an aperitif, followed by an appetizer and a main course. The hike ends with a sweet dessert at the Zylinderhaus – which is also the starting point of the hike.

This year, the following establishments are participating:

  • Weingut Kiebel in Lösnich with the aperitif
  • Deutschherrenhof in Zeltingen-Rachtig with the appetizer
  • At Weingut S.A. Prüm in Wehlen, a caterer will provide the main course
  • before finally heading to the Zylinderhaus for dessert.

During the Culinary Hike, participants will be accompanied by a hiking guide.

This event will only take place if the minimum number of participants of 40 people is reached.
If this number is not reached, the event will be canceled and any payments made will be refunded immediately. 
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the hike, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 9.00 euros per participant.
If the cancellation occurs afterwards or the participant does not show up, there is no right to a refund
of the fee.

If a participant in a group has to cancel their participation due to health reasons, a substitute participant can be named by the main registrant. Cancellation for the entire group due to the absence of one or more persons is not possible.

The date of receipt of a written cancellation notice (also possible by email) by the organizer is decisive.
Clothing and footwear must be adjusted according to the conditions (weather, type of route, etc.)

The ticket price must be transferred to the account of Kultur & Kur within 3 days of booking.
