The events take place regardless of the weather. In the event of possible thunderstorms, severe storms, or force majeure, the course leader will decide depending on the event whether it needs to be canceled at short notice. Weather warnings from the German Weather Service are decisive in this matter. In such a case, no refund of the event price will be made; the event will then be made up at the next possible date.

Otherwise, the course leader reserves the right to cancel an event,
(1) if she becomes ill,
(2) if the required number of participants for an event is not reached,
(3) if other reasons arise.

In these cases, you will receive a refund of your participation fee.
c) Alternatively, you will receive a credit that allows you to participate in an equivalent event of your choice within one year.
d) No further claims, particularly claims for damages, exist.

Age recommendation: from 18 years

Target group: couples and married couples/lovers, sibling pairs, two girlfriends or friends, and parent-child duos, e.g. mother with daughter

Cancellations of the booked event are possible up to 3 days before the start against a processing fee of 50% of the event fee.

In the case of a later cancellation, 80% of the event fee will be charged as cancellation costs.

If you do not show up at the start of the event, the full fee for the event will be charged.

If you wish to participate in another event from Manon's Hiking World, a rebooking fee of €25 will be charged.

This does not affect your right to recommend another participant under the same conditions and terms.

If you only realize during the event that you are not up to the requirements and for this reason or for other reasons wish to withdraw your participation, there is no claim for a refund of the participation fee, not even partially.
