For 64 years, it has been a fixed highlight of the Zeltinger Wine Festival – and this year, the Great Middle Moselle Wine Tasting is celebrating its 65th anniversary!
Under the special motto “60 Years of Franco-German Friendship,” you can expect an unforgettable evening featuring 21 exquisite wines and 2 sparkling Crémants – a journey through the best vineyards of the Middle Moselle and the heart of Burgundy of our partner municipality, St. Florentin.
Renowned wineries that speak for themselves: Selbach-Oster · Heinrichshof · Schloss Lieser · Paulinshof · Wwe. Dr. H. Thanisch · Erben Thanisch · Willi Schäfer · Mönchhof – and other top establishments from Zeltingen-Rachtig and the surrounding area.

The rehearsal begins at 4:00 p.m.
The paid wine tasting takes place from 4:00 p.m. to around 7:30 p.m. However, the event is not over afterward: In the evening, the program continues to be open for all visitors – free of charge.
Guests of the wine tasting are of course welcome to stay. Likewise, evening visitors without a ticket for the wine tasting are also welcome.
At 8:00 p.m., the musical highlight begins with mood and party music for everyone featuring "CHECKPOINT7". With many well-known hits in tow, the four musicians from the Middle Moselle create a lively party atmosphere across generations.
Food and drink stalls ensure refreshment and culinary delights throughout the evening.
And in front of the festival tent, rides and games provide a good mood.
On the following days, the Zeltinger Wine Festival offers a diverse program.
For your arrival, you can use the public transport services of the VRT. With the journey planner, you can easily find the right connection to Zeltingen. For example, a journey to and from Zeltingen Tourist Info or Rachtig L189 with the bus line 360 from Traben-Trarbach or Bernkastel-Kues. Or within the districts of Zeltingen and Rachtig. Additionally, you can take bus 300 from Daun and Wittlich to Zeltingen Tourist Info.
If you are arriving by car, you will find paid parking spaces at the Mosel riverside in Zeltingen and along the waterfront in Rachtig.
