Experience an unforgettable evening full of moving music in the historic St Briktius Church in Bernkastel-Kues!

The chamber choir ‘Projekt Vocal’ from Bernkastel-Kues cordially invites you to a festive Advent concert on Sunday, 15 December 2024, at 17:00 in the parish church of St. Briktius in Bernkastel-Kues.

You can look forward to beautiful, baroque Advent cantatas by Johann Sebastian Bach (‘Wachet auf’), Antonio Vivaldi (‘Magnificat’) as well as the solemn Kyrie from the Missa ‘Dei patris’ and ‘Magnificat’ for solo soprano and choir by Bohemian composer Jan Dismas Zelenka.

Renowned soloists Marina Szudra (soprano, left photo), Manou Welsch (alto), Vinzenz Haab (bass) and Sandra Klein (cor anglais, right photo) have been engaged.

The choir and orchestra will be conducted by Dr Michael Meyer.

Tickets are available at the Tourist Information Centre, Gestade 6, and at the box office for €28 (admission free for those under 18).
