Forest bathing for two in a group
Strengthening relationships – Taking a break in nature together
Discovering new things together in a relationship, taking a little break for each other – a forest bath is ideal for this. You immerse yourselves in the soothing atmosphere of the forest. The guided sensory, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises are mainly conducted and experienced as partner exercises. This creates a connecting combination of deceleration and relaxed attention to your partner and to yourself. Nature invites you with its beauty and healing power to let your body and soul flow and to strengthen the relationship. “Taking a bath in the atmosphere of the forest.” A consciously experienced, relaxed stay in the forest is referred to as forest bathing. Just leave everyday life behind for a few hours, find peace, enjoy silence, and recharge your energy.
