For the 14th time, we celebrate summer full of music in Bernkastel-Kues. As always, you can experience great open-air events with free admission. Every Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM, we offer you 2 bands and lively evening entertainment in the most beautiful places of our town.

6 PM: Triple Change
In 2020, 3 experienced musicians decided to revive a music genre that was popular in the 1970s: JAZZ-ROCK.
The program includes titles from Larry Carlton, Stanley Clarke, Billy Cobham, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Jaco Pastorius, David Sanborn, Mike Stern, Toto, among others.

8 PM: Thomas Blug feat. Rick de Soto - Rockanarchy
Thomas Blug, the "Stratking of Europe," and Rudi "Gulli" Spiller celebrate a fantastic journey back to the era of Classic Rock with their "Rockanarchy." Over twenty different drummers continually complete the duo into a power trio – the purest form of a rock band. Songs from Classic Rock spanning several decades form the basis for improvisations at a top musical level. Alongside Thomas Blug, a guitarist who has made a name for himself worldwide, and Rudi "Gulli" Spiller on bass, vocals, and harmonica, international luminaries of the music scene frequently join in. Musicians like Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson), Mick Rogers (Manfred Mann’s Earth Band), Tony Carey (Rainbow), Phil X (Bon Jovi), Mel Gaynor (Simple Minds), Bodo Schopf (Michael Schenker), Guthrie Govan, Uli Jon Roth (Scorpions), Bernie Marsden, David Readman, and surely fifty more artists repeatedly seek collaboration with this extraordinary band to enjoy making music together on stage. Each show of the "Rockanarchy" is a unique concert experience where they revive the raw energy and joy of playing of great bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and the Rolling Stones at their best times.
