They got to know each other back in their school days at the Munich Music Academy's Youth Academy. And since they founded their ‘Goldmund Quartet’ in 2009, they have continued to play in this line-up. In the 15 years of their musical journey together, they have managed to build on their standing as one of the most interesting young string quartets. ‘Then as now, they are wandering artistic souls for whom self-knowledge is the key to art,’ wrote SWR Kultur.
