Extraordinary & relaxing evening in the forest
Leave the workday behind and treat yourself to a soothing forest bath. Experience what there is to discover in the forest during an afternoon walk. The fresh forest air, the scent of moss and resin, the colors of nature, the play of light and shadow, and the chirping of birds. "Taking a bath in the atmosphere of the forest." A consciously experienced, relaxed stay in the forest is referred to as forest bathing. Simply leave everyday life behind for a few hours, find tranquility, enjoy silence, and recharge your energy. Discover the forest from a completely different perspective – immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest with all your senses, for example, feel how soft the forest floor can be when you walk barefoot on it. Through simple exercises from the mindfulness and relaxation area, your body finds rest and stress is alleviated. Forest bathing is relaxation for the mind and soul – ideal for a beautiful end to the day! I reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice if a weather warning is issued.
