Book off - Reading

“Book off!” – the reading weekend in Bernkastel-Kues. With Carsten Henn, Arno Strobel, Horst Eckert, Tamara Robles, Hanna Werner, and Jutta Lord.

The second episode of the reading weekend "Book Off!" in Bernkastel-Kues will take place from March 13-15, 2026. The program will again feature: five readings within three days at different locations. In addition to the cultural venue Heilig-Geist Church and the Goertz bookstore, this time it will also take place at the savings bank and the youth cultural center (Jukuz).

For the second "Book Off!", well-known authors have been secured: Carsten Henn - known for his bestseller "The Book Walker" - will come on Riesling Day (March 13) this time with a "User Manual for Wine." Arno Strobel and Horst Eckert will again present crime and thriller. There will also be offerings for children and teenagers. Twelve-year-old Hanna Werner, the winner of this year's reading competition at the district level, will read from one of her favorite children's books together with Jutta Lord (Goertz bookstore). Tamara Robles will bring a "Coming-of-Age" novel to the youth cultural center in Bernkastel-Kues.

Those who love books should mark the March weekend in their calendars, because it will once again be "Book Off!".
