Biodiversity Week - FlussSingen- Sing along!

Singing together to honour the water that is connected to us and all living things. Participation is open to anyone who would like to join in for the joy of it.

A transnational initiative by Pure water for generations, Dorothea Heckelsmüller, which is being organised in collaboration with the Singing Hospitals Association to mark World Water Day. The certified singing leaders Doris Hach and Ursula Müller will accompany the singing. Participation is free of charge and open to anyone who would like to experience the magic of singing by the river. Under the motto ‘FlussSingen- Sing mit!’, events will be organised on various riverbanks in Austria and Germany from March to May 2025 to highlight the importance of our water cycles and raise awareness of rivers. The initiative aims to raise awareness of the role of our rivers as the earth's lifelines by singing together. Through simple and powerful songs, participants are encouraged to experience themselves as part of this nature, to focus on water and to treat all living things responsibly.
