Christoph Eckert, head chef at Hotel Brühler Hof in Wintrich, delights with creative and precise dishes. Previously, he gained experience in renowned establishments such as Unterschwarzachhof and Restaurant Storstad*. After his training at the Weinromantikhotel Richtershof and the Cordon Bleu Academy in Paris, he received several awards, including 1st place at the Chaine des Rotisseurs World Championship. His innovative cuisine promises an unforgettable culinary experience.
